7 Always use the equipment as it was intended.
8 You must have sufficient physical dexterity, ability, and knowledge to safely engage in gymnastics activities. If in doubt ask your coach.

9 Coaches spotting athletes. In our gym, we value both the safety of our athletes and the principle of consent. If an athlete has an aversion to being touched, please communicate with their coach so we can be made aware. In situations where safety is in question, a coach will do what is necessary to keep the athlete safe.

Illness & Injury

Missed classes resulting from illness or injury are eligible to receive a free Drop-in pass in lieu of a make-up class upon request. To receive a refund due to injury or illness resulting in absence for two weeks or more, we require a note from a medical professional. For concussions or any other serious injuries, a Return-to-Sport plan will need to be put in place, often requiring clearance from a medical professional.

Closures due to Weather

In the case of extreme weather where we need to close the gym for our own safety as well as the safety of others, we will not be offering make up classes or refunds at this time.
